Rafael Tur Costa studied at Estudió a la Escuela de Artes y Oficios Artísticos de Ibiza in Spain. Tur Costa was a member of the famed Grupo Ibiza 59. He exhibited at the Carl van der Voort Gallery in Ibiza, Nueva Gallery in Barcelona, Galeria Ponce, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Ibiza, and many others.
